Certification is a 36-hour process over two 18-hour weekends full of academics and hands-on practice on their respective topics:
the first weekend is on the non-discogenic conditions (mostly academic, part is hands-on)
the second weekend is on the discogenic conditions (half academic, half hands-on)
the course is offered by the National College of Chiropractic's Post Graduate Division (see their website at http://www.national.college.edu)

Dr. Cox is donating all honoraria from courses he teaches in connection with the National College of Chiropractic to the on-going distraction research projects and to new project ideas that need to be proven prior to funding at the N.C.C. Research Center.
